How do I contact support?

You can get in touch with our support team in different ways depending on your communication preferences.

You might be able to fix the problem in question on your own by following our troubleshoot guides for the app or the back-end depending on where the problem is.

If following these guides does not work out, here are three options for contacting our support team:

1. You can send us an e-mail at with a description of your problem. Then we will make sure to connect you with the right person for the task, and forward your description to development if it is a technical problem.

2. You can chat with us here on the website and in your Napp® CMS via the blue chat icon in the lower right corner. During our office hours (8-16) you can expect to get a quick response to any question you might have.
