Your Napp solution can contain a variety of content and you can customize the look of the app to fit the needs of your users. When it comes to uploading files, they have to be the following formats: pdf, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, ppt and pptx.
The preferred and recommended file format to use in Napp is pdf. The minimum pdf version that Napp supports is Acrobat 6 (PDF 1.5). We have made this checklist showing what the best practice for creating and exporting pdf documents for Napp is. If your design team follows it, then your pdf documents will be as ready as can be for publishing in Napp.
You can add web links, page links and embed video from an online source in your pdf files to make your Napp solution more interactive. This is done from any document editing software (Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, MS Office) through the hyperlink function. We have put this video here in the Help Center, which teaches you how to add a Youtube video to a publication in InDesign.
